These terms of purchase apply to all purchases made via QÉVORA (qevora.se). By completing a purchase you accept these terms in full.
A binding purchase agreement is formed when you have completed your order and received an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline an order in case of suspected fraud or incorrect details.
All prices are shown in SEK including VAT. We offer payment via Klarna, Apple Pay, Visa and Mastercard. Payment is made securely over an encrypted connection.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act. The right of withdrawal applies provided the product is returned unopened and undamaged in its original condition. For hygiene reasons, opened perfume bottles cannot be returned.
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 3 days of delivery for visible transport damage — so we can help you quickly. This does not affect your statutory rights: you always have the right to report faults under the Consumer Sales Act. We will replace the product or refund the purchase amount.

We deliver throughout Sweden. All orders are handled with care and shipped in discreet, premium packaging that protects your perfume during transport.
Standard delivery: 2–4 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays are normally shipped the same day.
Free shipping on orders from 999 kr. Orders under 999 kr incur a 79 kr shipping fee.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped. Delivery is handled by PostNord or DHL.
