Withdrawal and returns

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when the right of withdrawal applies under applicable consumer law. The withdrawal period is counted from the day you receive the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify QÉVORA within the withdrawal period by another clear statement.

After you have notified us, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than within 14 days.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping for an ordinary withdrawal, unless expressly stated otherwise.

QÉVORA refunds payments covered by the right of withdrawal within the time required by applicable law. We may wait with the refund until we have received the goods back or the customer has shown that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

If the customer has chosen a more expensive delivery option than the least expensive standard delivery, QÉVORA does not have to refund the additional cost of the more expensive option.

The customer may examine goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. The customer may be liable for any diminished value if the goods have been handled more than necessary, to the extent permitted by law.

For sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, the right of withdrawal may cease when the seal is broken, to the extent that the statutory exception applies.

QÉVORA therefore does not apply a blanket prohibition to all opened perfume or hygiene products. The assessment is made based on the product’s seal, handling and applicable law.

A perfume or fragrance not matching the customer’s personal taste, preferences or expectations does not in itself mean that the product is defective or that a right to make a complaint arises.
