Orders, prices and technical errors

A binding purchase agreement is formed when an order has been completed and an order confirmation has been received by email. The payment methods shown at checkout apply to the relevant order.

QÉVORA reserves the right to correct obvious pricing, typographical or technical errors before a binding agreement has been formed. After a binding agreement has been formed, any errors are handled in accordance with applicable law. This provision does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

QÉVORA is not liable for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control to the extent permitted by applicable law. This provision does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Complaints

If goods are defective, the customer has the right to make a complaint under applicable consumer law.

In Sweden, a consumer can normally complain about an original defect for up to three years. A complaint made within two months of discovering the defect is normally considered to have been made within a reasonable time.

QÉVORA assesses the complaint and provides an appropriate remedy under the Swedish Consumer Purchases Act. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund when the legal conditions for this are met.

In the event of transport damage or an incorrect delivery, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible and attaching photographs, as this facilitates the investigation. This recommendation does not limit the customer's statutory right to make a complaint.

A fragrance not matching the customer’s personal taste does not in itself constitute a defect in the product.

QÉVORA pays necessary return costs when a return is required because of a valid statutory complaint.

Disputes and ARN

We always aim to resolve any dispute directly with the customer. If we cannot agree, a Swedish consumer may turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) at arn.se.

QÉVORA participates in ARN’s review to the extent applicable to the matter and follows applicable consumer law. Disputes may also be heard by a competent court.
